CH4 And CO2 Capture from Biogas/Landfill
OVERVIEW

Landfill gas (LFG) is produced by the decomposition of organic matter in municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills. The gas consists of about 50% CH4, about 30% CO2, and small amounts of non-methane organic compounds (NMOC).

In order to prevent LFG from being released into the air, efforts are being made to extract, convert, and utilize the gas as an energy source. Utilizing LFG can help reduce odor and other hazards associated with LFG emissions, and can help prevent methane emissions from being released into the atmosphere, which can contribute to local environmental pollution and global climate change.

We have used our own technical research to successfully carry out a number of landfill gas and biogas reuse and carbon dioxide capture projects, effectively integrating the landfill gas decarbonization and oxygen enrichment section with the landfill gas post-combustion carbon dioxide capture section.

Biogas to CO2
Biogas to CO2

As a renewable energy, biogas produced from anaerobic digestion and landfill is playing a more and more important role in the energy market. Capturing CO2 from biogas can result in a negative CO2 emission.
We provide integrated skid-mounted carbon dioxide capture and liquefaction equipment that is easy to move and assemble at site.
Also the combustible gas can be used for power generation or LNG production, making the best use of resources, fully reducing the carbon content and maximizing economic benefits.

Industrial carbon dioxide recovery

The industrial sector, including manufacturing and its interconnected value chains, contributes nearly 30% to global greenhouse gas emissions, so its participation and efforts are crucial to achieving carbon neutrality goals.
We can design, procure, build, and deliver complete projects for large-scale basic industrial manufacturing plants such as steel mills, refineries, and cement plants.
We use advanced concepts and technologies to complete process design and actual route implementation based on actual conditions, and meet their carbon capture and storage needs at the most optimized cost.
We can achieve industrial applications or food-grade products(gas or liquid), or dry ice or methane according to demand.
